When you take the time to figure in the exact cost of seating each guest, you find that the cost of the invitation, the postage, the RSVP response, the chair (rental), linens, plate, silverware, glasses, table decoration, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, the meal and beverage really add up. So, if you are on a set-budget, the best way to save money is to control the number of guests that you invite --- instead of trying to find the cheapest entertainment. We understand the difficulty in selecting the right components to fit every situation. That’s why we offer eight exciting packages for you to select from. Each one builds upon the former to add more and more of the exciting visual effects you want for your ultimate party! And in every package, you get the standard in entertainment:

  • An Experienced Professional Master of Ceremonies / DJ Entertainer
  • A compact mix and sound system designed for the venue that’s not too big or to loud
  • An exciting and vibrant digital light show for the immediate dance floor area
  • All of the Clean Music you want in any genre from Country to Rock to Pop to everything in between
  • And your choice of family games including The Anniversary Dance, The Dollar Dance, The Newly Wed Game, The Fellowship Dance and the Wedding Party Scavenger Hunt.

The Package price is what you pay with no other add-ons, set up, break-down, load out or travel fees.
Overtime past six hours is available and out of area mileage can be calculated during our initial consultation.


Sometimes a full blown wedding and reception combination is not in your plan. You're inviting friends and family to witness your marriage ceremony and afterwards you have other plans. In this event, when you just want music, microphones and sound support for your wedding ceremony only, let us help you produce a most memorable occasion that you and your invited guests will enjoy.

Our Wedding Ceremony Package comes complete with Music, Microphones, Speakers and Announcer.

  • First: The Music

    Known as The Prelude, this is that time leading up to your entrance, thirty minutes or so of your favorite songs that sets the mood of your beautiful wedding day, played during the guests seating. This is your selection of up to nine songs from any genre you desire. Next come the family songs, including the song for the Grands and Parents to be seated; the Bridal Party entrance; optionally a separate song for the groomsmen or flower girls and ring bearers; next your song selection as you walk up the aisle; the optional unity ceremony and/or dedication song; the couple’s recessional song after they are introduced and postlude music for up to 30 minutes for the guest’s exit and during pictures. Best of all, it can be wired or wireless. Meaning if there is ready access to electricity our system would be a simple plug in. But for those locations where electricity is unavailable, let’s go totally wireless! Great for those events in the park, on the lake shore, on the golf course or a wooded meadow.

  • Second: The Microphones

    Typically, the Minister will have his own microphone, either handheld on a stand, a headset or lapel. Alternately or in conjunction we can mic the groom (generally because he has more pockets to conceal the transmitter). Placed about the 3rd button on his coat or shirt, this is an optimal mic position so that both the bride and groom’s vows can be amplified to the guests. For readers during the ceremony, up to two additional microphones can be provided, with mic stand.

  • Third: The Sound Support

    Depending on the size of your wedding ceremony, we will use one or two powered speakers for the playback of all voice and music. All we need is access to a standard 110v outlet either by direct connection or extension cord. For those locations where no electricity is available, then we have our battery powered solution. This is a go anywhere system that requires no external power source making this most suitable for anywhere you can imagine having your wedding ceremony.

It’s the Classic (next down) with no lighting effects. Great for outdoor events under the stars or wherever you want to do your own lighting. NO lighting means DARK or house lights full on.


The CLASSIC Package.

This is our traditional entertainment show which includes the DJ MC, all sound and lighting and the music that you will want for your celebration. If all you need is a great light show and a professional entertainer who will help guide your event from start to finish, this is the package that you want.



Adds our special Monogram Lighting effect to The Classic. Your initials, your name, your brand, your greeting custom designed by you then created for your special day and emblazoned on the wall or floor! You and your guests will be impressed by this fabulous effect! At the end of the night the monogram is yours to keep as a lasting memento!


THE ACCENT UL Package (Our Most Popular Package)

Up Lighting has become the single most popular “must have” add on item at weddings. The Accent UL (Up Lighting) includes everything from The Classic above, plus adds eight (8) Chauvet Wireless Up Lights in your wedding color. Use these special lights to accent the walls, columns, the cake table, wedding table and / or entrance. Up Lights project UP in a cone of your exact wedding color and is a beautiful ACCENT statement!


The IMPACT UL Package.

It’s the Accent x 2! For those venues where you want to saturate the area with your wedding color, this is the package for you. The Classic plus Sixteen (16) Wireless Up Lights. Wireless means no cords to tape down, we simply turn them on they shine throughout the night.


The ELEGANCE Package.

Combines the CLASSIC, SIGNATURE and IMPACT packages! Your initials or name on the wall behind the wedding table, over the cake, onto the dance floor or in the entrance area. From up close to across the dance floor, we can put your signature just about anywhere! Plus your wedding color everywhere!

For guests or events taking place in a separate area away from the dance floor, you may want a remote speaker that will provide for your guests the same music and announcements as in the main floor area. Remote wireless speakers are also recommended for larger venues where you want evenly distributed sound levels throughout the building.

Fun Fetti is an EXCITING GRAND ENTRANCE and SEND OFF EFFECT using CONFETTI BLASTED from the new CHAUVET confetti blaster cannon. It’s an incredible effect and guaranteed to produce lots of excitement. And while one cannon can produce an exciting effect, TWO can double the FUN!

SPOT LIGHT: $75.00
This is an incredible addition to any wedding reception event! Imagine being "in the spotlight" upon your Grand Entrance, or while Cutting The Cake, or doing Speeches.

While our standard dance floor lighting is usually very adequate to excite your dancers, sometimes couples want more of an over the top club experience. To this we offer our Enhanced Dance Floor Light Show. Consisting of elevated trussing using moving heads and scanners that sweep the dance floor and the venue for an exciting aerial effect that really brings the club atmosphere to your event!

KARAOKE: $100.00/$300.00
This is an enhancement available for any package above.
Everyone likes to sing! Combine Dancing with Singing and you’ve got a 1-2 party punch! This package add-on includes 100,000 LEGAL Song Selections, Video Singer and Audience Screens, Combined or separate sound system, 2 Wireless Microphones and song selection materials. Add Karaoke to any package above for $100.00 in the same room as part of the DJ reception or $300.00 in a separate room away from the reception dancing (requires 2nd sound and video system and an additional MCDJ operator).

While our contract provides up to six hours of entertainment, sometimes that’s just not enough. For those times, we will happily stay later. Overtime is billed in the first 10 minutes of overtime performance.

We provide entertainment throughout a large portion of West, North and Central Texas, basically within a 100-mile radius around Abilene, San Angelo, Brownwood, Wichita Falls, Midland-Odessa, Lubbock, Weatherford, Stephenville and Fort Worth. But if you want us to travel further, we can!
